Tuesday 7.30 - 9.00 pm, £9 per class.
Thursday 7.30 - 9.00 pm (term-time), £10 per class - maximum 8 students. Check in advance that space is available.
In today’s fast-moving society we don’t invest enough time in ourselves. The purpose of yoga practice is to maintain balance and harmony using a combination of activity and relaxation.

• Help and prevent back pain with slow and controlled movements

Jean is a qualified and current member of the British Wheel of Yoga who regularly attends training sessions ensuring that her teaching methods are up-to-date and safe.
